What this website collects

This version has no analytics, advertising pixels, account system or website submission database. The enquiry composer prepares an email draft in your own email app; the website does not submit or store what you type. When you choose to send the email, we receive what you include, such as your name, email address, business name and project details.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to reply, discuss your project, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, provide the agreed services. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list without an appropriate consent basis.

Email and hosting services

Business enquiries are handled using Gmail. Website hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs to deliver and protect the site. These service providers may process information outside Canada.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion by emailing us. Some business or transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Please keep sensitive information out of enquiries

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive customer information through the enquiry composer or ordinary email. If a project needs account access, we will arrange an appropriate access method.
